My Pop showed up cracked, which was a bit disappointing and made me wonder if it had been packed or handled properly. I emailed them about it, and to be fair, they sent out a replacement straight away with no hassle.

I wasn’t totally sure at first, but the site seemed legit once I looked around. My order showed up fine and everything went smoothly, so no complaints.

I’ve ordered a few times now, the points add up WAY faster than I expected. I used them on my last order and got a nice discount. Super easy to apply too, which I really appreciated.

Pop showed up fine and looks real to me. Box and sticker seem right. Just wish the listing had more proof/details. Decent buy, but I was still a bit unsure after ordering.

I had mixed feelings about the mystery box. It wasn’t bad, and I can see some people enjoying it, but personally I was hoping for a bit more. I’m probably picky with these kinds of things, so maybe that’s part of it, but overall it was just okay for me.

Support did get back to me, so it’s not even about that. I just expected to hear back a little sooner than I did...

I checked a few other places first, and the prices here seemed reasonable. I was a little confused at first because I expected there to be some catch, but I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged or anything.
The checkout total matched what I thought it would be too, which was nice because I kept waiting for some random fee to pop up. Nothing weird happened, so yeah, I’d probably buy from here again...

I had an issue with my order and it took longer than I was expecting to hear back. I’ve had quicker responses from them in the past, so it did feel like the service used to be a bit better. That said, once they finally got back to me, they were friendly and got everything fixed. Not a terrible experience, just wish the updates had come sooner.

I was kind of surprised how quickly it got here. No problems at all with the delivery, which makes you wonder why some other orders always seem to have so many excuses.

I had to return something the return policy was easy to understand. Nothing felt buried or sneaky like on some other sites. It did take a little while to get everything sorted, and I was like, okay, here we go... but nope, it ended up being fine. No drama, no weird hoops, just got it handled

The box showed up a little squashed, which made me nervous right away. Luckily, the pop inside was totally fine, so no real damage done. Still, my gut says it could use a bit more padding next time just to be safe.

The site was okay overall, but it felt a little slow on my phone and a few pages took longer to load than I expected. I did find what I needed eventually, but I had to click around more than I’d like. Checkout was simple though, so that part was nice 🙂 Not bad, just could be a bit smoother to browse.

I had to ask my question a couple of times before I got a clear response, but they did get back to me eventually 🙂

I’d been looking everywhere for this rare Pop and couldn’t find it anywhere else, so I was really happy to finally come across it here. Definitely felt like a great find and worth grabbing

Overall, I’m happy with the order. It was packed well, matched my confirmation email, and I didn’t have to follow up on anything. I’d definitely order from them again!

I preordered from Pops Plus and yeah, it did show up in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. But it took longer than I thought it would, and the waiting part was a bit frustrating. The updates weren’t great either, like sometimes there was info and sometimes nothing, so I felt like I was just waiting and waiting without really knowing what was going on. I even had to check in myself once, which was annoying because I wish the preorder updates were just clearer from the start. The item was packed fine when it arrived, so no issue there. Overall not bad, but the timing and communication could definitely be better.

I had to request a refund because I ordered the wrong item, which was on me, not them. The team replied quickly and told me exactly what I needed to do. I know some people get annoyed with refunds, but this was straightforward. The money was back in my account a few days later, and I didn’t have to keep chasing them or deal with loads of back and forth. Can’t really complain about that. I’d shop here again...

I was trying to track down a Pop I couldn’t find anywhere, and Pops Plus actually had it in stock, not just sitting on the site like it was availble when it really wasn’t.
Checkout was simple and I got my order update quick. No weird backorder email after I paid or any of that annoying stuff, which was a relief lol.

Really happy with the whole thing and the item showed up just fine. I’d defintely buy from them again, 5 stars from me

The box showed up clean with no dents or weird marks, which I always appreciate. For something being shipped, I’d say it arrived in great shape. Happy with it overall
